Executive Intake Portal — Commission a Diagnostic

Commission an Asymmetric Pipeline Teardown.

Intake begins with a forensic diagnostic of your market positioning, CRM routing logic, and front-desk triage protocols, eliminating unstructured sales calls and speculative marketing retainers.

In practice, pipeline volatility in expertise-based practices centers on intake architecture fractures rather than top-of-funnel traffic volume. Directing additional ad clicks into an uncalibrated commercial intake pathway accelerates acquisition bleed and exhausts front-desk administrative capacity.

When practices experience referral dependency or friction in prospective client intake, systemic stabilization begins with a forensic audit of the digital assets, CRM qualification gates, and operational triage workflows governing practice revenue.

Specifically, capacity is strictly capped at six (6) partner practices per quarter to ensure lead-architect oversight on every build. We begin with a bounded forensic diagnostic that isolates your practice’s operational constraints.

02 — The Engagement Protocol

The Diagnostic Protocol & Zero-Risk Architecture

Step 1

The Asymmetric Pipeline Teardown (€500 / $600)

Submit the Executive Intake Questionnaire below. If your firm meets baseline unit-economic criteria and quarterly capacity permits, Stefan Prohnitchi provides an asynchronous peer-level video breakdown of your primary pipeline constraints within 48 hours. Upon mutual alignment, we issue the formal scope for the 7-day forensic diagnostic.

The 100% Fee Credit Bridge: If your partners proceed to the full 90-day implementation within 14 days, the €500 / $600 diagnostic fee is credited 100% toward the build. If the firm chooses not to proceed, you retain the complete diagnostic dossier, architectural bottleneck map, and remediation recommendations.
Step 2

The 90-Day Build & Self-Funding Bridge (€6,000–€8,500 / $6,500–$9,500)

Structured as a milestone-phased capital investment (CapEx) under IRC § 263(a). Total investment is anchored between €6,000–€8,500 ($6,500–$9,500), typically recovered through the gross margin of just 1 to 2 high-ticket client engagements. Deployment proceeds across three 30-day tranches:

  • Phase I (Days 1–30 / The Self-Funding Bridge): We execute the Dormant Asset Reactivation Protocol inside your existing CRM/PMS with zero ad spend. Capturing unclosed proposals and lapsed client records offsets the build cost before new traffic is touched.
  • Phase II (Days 31–60 / Core Architecture): We install dynamic qualification forms (The High-Friction Acquisition Filter), CRM intake logic gates, buyer-focused positioning, and machine-readable AI Schema markup.
  • Phase III (Days 61–90 / Verification & Handover): We train staff with 90-second triage scripts, establish the case presentation framework, verify attributable ROI at the Day 90 Checkpoint against your practice software, and deliver your institutional SOP Playbook.
The Self-Funding Architecture: Database reactivation in Phase I is engineered to offset the capital investment before core infrastructure goes live. Complete SOP playbooks ensure permanent asset sovereignty for your internal team.
Step 3 Risk Mitigation

The Deployment & Sovereignty Guarantee

Because operational outcomes depend on staff execution of intake protocols, commercial architecture provides a structural Deployment & Sovereignty Guarantee: if the Capture Architecture, Qualification Routing, and Reactivation Protocols are not fully deployed, verified, and handed off to your team within 90 days, the implementation fee is refunded in full. Your firm maintains permanent, unencumbered ownership of every asset from Day 1. Post-90-day advisory operates on rolling 30-day terms.

03 — The Velvet Rope

Capacity Discipline & Explicit Disqualifiers

To preserve uncompromised lead-architect oversight on every build, partnerships remain strictly capped at six (6) partner practices per quarter. Engagements include exclusive territory protection: we do not accept competing practices in the same geographic or sub-specialty market.

Operational Disqualification Parameters:

Directory Aggregator Dependence

Your primary growth model relies on purchasing shared leads from aggregator directories (Avvo, Houzz, Thumbtack). Industry telemetry indicates directory-reliant practices experience 34% higher 12-month client churn and 2.1x administrative triage drag. Permanent infrastructure requires proprietary asset ownership rather than rented lead volume.

Sub-Floor Average Engagement Value

Your Average Engagement Value (AEV) falls below $3,000 / €2,500. At sub-floor engagement values, blended acquisition costs and partner consult hours compress gross margins below viable return thresholds.

Tactical Campaign Delegation

Your practice seeks a short-term promotional campaign, speculative social media management, or an agency retainer to run top-of-funnel ad spend.

In reality, if your sector or metropolitan region is currently at quarterly capacity, we notify your firm within 48 hours and, where appropriate, provide a peer referral.
